We store our emotions, stress and fears in different areas of the body. Yoga provides a tool to tune in and release them.

LoveJOYoga Therapy workshops incorporate restorative and therapeutic stretches and body work, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, and healing visualization that instantly relax and soothe you.  

These techniques help with managing pain, stress, anxiety and mild depression.  They optimize the functioning of the lymphatic system (the network of tissues and organs that rid the body of toxins and metabolic waste) and calm the mind and nervous system to restore balance.

This can be especially beneficial for anyone with injuries or illness or even anyone wanting to learn better ways to manage day-to-day stress.

It's about creating ways to integrate a well balanced mind, body and spirit.
