Moving Through Grief

Grief can come from a variety of triggers:

  • losing a loved one or cherished pet
  • going through a breakup
  • moving from a beloved home
  • losing a job
  • enduring a traumatic event

It's an inescapable part of life and how we handle it can make or break us.

This transformational weekend workshop is designed to help you acknowledge, honor and integrate the pain of loss and transform your grief so you can live your life to the fullest.  

You will learn how grief presents itself in the body, through the practice of yoga, and in the mind, through the practice of journaling and meditation.  No yoga or writing experience necessary, as you'll be guided through the process.  

This workshop will give you the additional tools you need to deal with life's biggest emotional experience.  

Losing my mom broke my heart and shattered my world.  My intention with this workshop, as with my book "A Beautiful Death", is that you don't suffer as much as I did.  

There is light on the other side of this darkness.  There is healing on the other side of this heartbreak.  You are not alone.
